Freight Shipping (Common Carrier)

What To Expect

For items too large or heavy to ship via standard carriers like FedEx, we’ll ship your order via freight (common carrier) using a full-size tractor trailer.

Important: Freight delivery is different from regular ground shipping — you will be responsible for unloading the item from the back of the truck and bringing it into your location. We recommend having the proper help or equipment ready at the time of delivery.

Once your item ships, we’ll send tracking information so you can prepare for its arrival.

Inspect Before You Sign

When your order arrives, it’s essential to inspect it before signing the delivery receipt. Here's what to do:

  • Look over the packaging for any visible signs of damage or tampering.
  • If anything looks off, the driver can wait up to 15 minutes while you break the shrink wrap and check the items inside.
  • Count all items and verify everything looks correct and undamaged.

What to Do If You See Damage or Missing Items

If you spot any issues — damaged packaging, missing pieces, or items that look incorrect — you must do the following:

  1. Clearly note the issue on the delivery receipt before signing. (e.g., "3 items missing", "hole in packaging", "dent on unit").
  2. Keep a copy of the signed delivery receipt with your notes.
  3. Take photos of the damage and the packaging.
  4. Keep all original packing materials for possible inspection.
  5. Contact us within 1 business day to report the issue.

Please note: If you sign the delivery receipt without noting any issues, you’re confirming that the shipment arrived in acceptable condition. We won’t be able to guarantee compensation for any damage or missing items not reported on the delivery receipt.
